Exploring Glossier: Review of Minimalist Beauty

Glossier is the one beauty brand that almost everyone is familiar with. The brand that made no-makeup makeup a mainstream trend.

Fans of minimalist cosmetics have been raving about the brand for years. I've heard nothing but positive things about Glossier's Stretch, Boy Brow, and Cloud Paint concealers.

Despite all the rave reviews, . Were any of the products going to be good?

Of course, curiosity got the better . 

Now that I have tried the majority of Glossier’s products, I am putting together a comprehensive review of the brand.

The well-known beauty company Glossier was started in 2014 by blogger and former fashion assistant Emily Weiss. The brand has rapidly amassed a sizable fan base thanks to its understated and carefree approach to beauty, which emphasizes enhancing rather than masking inherent beauty.

The goal of the brand is to "democratize beauty" by making items that are inexpensive and available to everyone. Glossier is well-known for its millennial-pink packaging and commitment to producing high-caliber, functional goods.

Who Would Love Glossier

 Glossier is probably not the brand for you if you enjoy wearing makeup with a lot of coverage.  But if you like the no-makeup makeup look, dewy skin, and sheer color, you will enjoy Glossier.

Where To Buy Glossier

Glossier was a direct-to-consumer brand for the longest time. You could only purchase from the Glossier website or at its pop-up stores. Now select products from Glossier will be available for purchase at Sephora.

If you plan on purchasing several different Glossier products, I recommend shopping on the brand’s website. They offer sets which will give you a slight discount on the products.
